Welcome to mrbeastburger.uk (the “Website”). We are Virtual Dining Concepts (UK) Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales with company number 13253829 whose registered office is Elsley Court, 20-22 Great Titchfield Street, London, United Kingdom, W1W 8BE (hereafter “VDC”, “we” or “us”). These are the Terms of Sale which apply to you when you purchase any VDC products (each a “Product”) from any of our associated brands, a list of which is available here.

When using the Website you are also bound by our Website Terms which are incorporated into these Terms of Sale. These Terms of Sale are available in English only and we will not file copies of the contracts between us and you relating to your purchase of any Product via the Website.


  1. Ordering Products: Whilst browsing the Website, you can select which Product(s) you wish to order by clicking the “Order Now” button. Once you have clicked the “Order Now” button you will then confirm whether you wish to collect your order or have it delivered to you.
    • If you wish to collect your order, a list of available places from which you can collect your order will appear and you can then confirm which of those places you wish to collect your order from. Any available Products will also then be displayed to you and, once you have added all of your chosen Products to your basket you will be prompted to login or, if this is your first time using the Website, to register in order to be able to confirm your order. To register you will need various details including your name, address and phone number.
    • If you wish to have your order delivered, you will first be prompted to login or, if this is your first time using the Website, to register. To register you will need various details including your name, address and phone number. Once you have logged in you will then add your delivery address before confirming your chosen Products that you wish to order and be delivered to you.

Orders may be subject to a minimum order value policy, as indicated on the Website when selecting your chosen Product(s). Once you meet the minimum order value required, you may then proceed to the checkout and your method of payment. You will be able to check if the information you entered is correct and correct any errors at this stage. Your order is not placed until you press the button marked ‘Pay with Card’. By pressing the ‘Pay with Card’ button you are making an offer to purchase the Product(s) from VDC and if accepted by us (which will in part depend on the applicable store’s confirmation), this will result in a binding contract (please see below paragraph 3 “Conclusion of Contract”). As described below, an indication of applicable processing fees and delivery costs will be provided at this point. Please see below paragraph 10 ‘Payment’ for further details.

  1. Confirmation of your order: Once you have placed an order, the Website page will confirm your order has been placed and confirm the details of your order (each an ‘Order Confirmation Page’). The Order Confirmation Page is not an acceptance of your order. If your order is accepted, we will send a text message on the phone number you provided to confirm that your offer is accepted and the estimated time of arrival of your Product(s) (each a ‘Confirmation Message’). When your order is accepted, a contract is created between you and us, and you shall be charged for the Product(s). The sale is completed in London, England, the language of the contract is English and you agree that the invoice will be provided to you electronically. If your order is rejected by us (in accordance with the below paragraph 5), you will not be charged for this order. We reserve the right not to accept your order. 
  1. Conclusion of Contract: Your order and payment constitute an offer to purchase the Product(s) and the contract will be concluded once your order has been accepted and the store has dispatched the Product(s) to you (“Contract”).
  1. Loyalty Programme: You may choose to opt into our loyalty programme on the Website. If so, we may contact you from time to time with regards to any eligible loyalty offers you may qualify for (for instance, receiving a set percentage off the price of certain Products after having placed a set number of orders), which may be redeemed when placing an order via the Website.
  1. Situation where we may not accept your order: We may not accept your order, with no liability, in our absolute discretion if: (a) you have, or we suspect you have, breached the Website Terms (including these Terms of Sale); (b) the particular Product(s) you ordered are out of stock or we are unable to confirm the stock; (c) we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment; (d) collection and/or delivery restrictions apply to the Product(s) meaning we cannot provide them to you (including, for example, if you are located in an area where you cannot currently collect the Product(s) or have them delivered); (e) other customers using the Website have purchased the Product(s) before you – please note that the Product(s) in your basket is not reserved and may be purchased by other persons before your order is placed; or (f) we, at our absolute discretion, decide that we wish to restrict multiple quantities of Product(s) being bought by any one customer.
  1. Conformity with the Contract: Once the Contract is concluded (in accordance with paragraph 5 above), we are under a legal obligation to supply the Product(s) in conformity with the Contract.
  1. Eligibility to order the Product: You must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card to order any Product. If your order contains any age-restricted Product(s), we shall, on delivery, be obliged to operate a “Challenge 25” policy. If there is no proof of age available in relation to the order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and, if applicable, may provide a refund in accordance with our refund policy (please see below paragraph 14 “Refund, Return and Exchange”).
  1. Product description:
    • All content on the Website is for general information purposes only. It does not amount to advice on which you may rely and it may be out-of-date. Whilst VDC attempts to ensure such content is as accurate as possible, there is no guarantee that such content is accurate, complete or error free. Whilst we make reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on our Website, because the Product(s) advertised on the Website are fresh, it may not be possible for us to guarantee, through the description or otherwise, the colour, shape, or size of such Product(s).
    • We are required by law to provide allergen information about the Product(s). Where possible, this shall be made available on our Website in addition to the Product description. However, if you have an allergy, we recommend that you contact us directly prior to placing your order with us, as we will be able to confirm the ingredients of the Product(s) and the environment in which they are produced or packaged.
  1. Commercial Use: The Products sold on the Website are for personal use only and may not be resold for commercial purposes or for commercial benefit.
  1. Payment:
    • Payment: Payment can be made on the Website using payment methods which are identified on the Website and which are updated from time to time.
    • When is Payment debited: Payment shall be debited from your account at the same time, or shortly after, your order is accepted.
    • Payment Providers: All payments in relation to the purchase of any Product are performed through the third party payment provider, namely Stripe. VDC is never the ‘merchant’ for purchases made on the Website and we do not handle your payment information. VDC is not a party to any agreement between you and any payment providers. You acknowledge that where you use a payment provider you are bound by the payment provider’s terms for its online payment services. Payment providers’ terms may be different from these Terms of Sale and you should contact such payment providers for further details of the terms that apply to your use of such services. Your use of payment providers’ services may be subject to eligibility, availability and compliance with such terms.
    • Checks in relation to payment: All payments by credit or debit card are subject to checks by VDC, the card issuer and any payment provider.
    • Payment Currency: If your payment card does not denominate British Pounds then the final price shall be calculated in accordance with the exchange rate on the day the transaction is processed. You will be liable to meet any currency conversion fees levied by your card issuer or payment provider and such additional charges will not appear either in the checkout or in your Confirmation Message.
  1. Pricing and Availability:
    • All prices on the Website are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of any other tax, duties, processing fees and delivery charges.
    • The price of the Products will be the price quoted on the Website at the time we accept your order. Our prices are changed from time to time and the prices displayed on the Website shall apply to your purchase. We shall use all reasonable efforts to guarantee the prices are correct but shall not be liable for any losses arising from incorrect pricing due to human or computer mistake or error.
    • We reserve the right to make changes to the Products available on the Website from time to time. We shall inform you promptly if a Product is out of stock. If we are unable to supply a Product to you, we shall have no liability to you save that you shall not be charged for such an order. We provide no guarantee or promise on the availability of any Product. 
  1. Delivery: We work with various delivery partners whose responsibility it is to deliver the Product(s) to you once the order is confirmed (if you have chosen to have your order delivered rather than collected). Such delivery partner will make delivery of your confirmed orders to the address which is indicated at the checkout when you place your order. You may have the option before placing your order to select an ASAP delivery or a scheduled delivery. If you place an ASAP delivery, the delivery partner will attempt delivery as soon as possible and you must therefore be available to accept delivery from the time you place the order. Your Confirmation Message will confirm an estimated delivery time for your confirmed order. Please note that delivery times are a guide only and time is not of the essence in any situation. The Product(s) will be deemed to be delivered to you when the Product(s) are delivered to that address or a third party nominated by you acquires possession of the Product(s). You will still be charged for the order and for delivery in the event of a failed delivery if you or your nominated third party caused such failure.
  1. Risk of Title: The title and risk in the Product will remain with VDC until delivered to you in accordance with paragraph 12 above. 
  1. Refund, Return and Exchange: If you are not satisfied with the quality of the Product(s), or the Product(s) arrive damaged, then you are able to request a refund in line with your statutory rights. To make such request please contact VDC at [email protected]. Include In your email the subject line “REFUND” and list your name, address, the reference number from your Confirmation Message, the date of your order, the date of the receipt of the order and the details about the Product(s) which is the subject of this request. You can also contact VDC via telephone at +44 20 45326291. Given the fresh nature of such Product(s), we ask that such request be made as soon as possible after you have received your order. If possible, as this helps us speed up such requests, we ask that you provide a photo of the damaged/poor quality Product(s) as well. Any decision as to whether to grant a refund or not shall be at VDC’s or the store’s (as applicable) sole discretion. Any refund will be made via the original payment method and shall include any standard delivery costs but exclude any special delivery costs. We may, in our sole discretion, in agreement with the store, issue you a refund as VDC credit.
  1. Cancellation:
    1. Right to Cancel: You may cancel an order without charge at any time before the store has started preparing the order (a “Started Order”).
    2. Exercising Right to Cancel: You will have 15 seconds after placing your order to cancel your order via the Website. If you wish to cancel an order after these 15 seconds have passed but before it becomes a Started Order, please contact us by phone immediately at +44 20 45326291.
  • Refund: If you cancel your order and the store confirms the order was not a Started Order, we will refund you the purchase price received from you by VDC, including any standard delivery charges but will not refund any additional charges or special delivery charges. Such refund will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation of the order.
  1. Statutory Protection: Nothing in these Terms of Sale affect your statutory rights.
  1. Our responsibility for loss or damage that you suffer: We’re responsible for losses you suffer caused by us breaking these Terms of Sale unless the loss is:
    • Unexpected: It was not obvious that it would happen and nothing you said to us before we accepted your order meant we should have expected it (so, in law, the loss was unforeseeable).
    • Caused by a delaying event outside our control: If the supply of your Product(s) is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and do what we can to reduce the delay. As long as we take these steps, we won’t be responsible for delays outside our control and won’t therefore compensate you for such delay.
    • Avoidable: Something you could have avoided by taking reasonable action, including following our reasonable instructions.

  1. Website Terms and Definitions: These Terms of Sale form part of our Website Terms. Except otherwise used in these Terms of Sale, all capitalised words have the meaning as defined in our Website Terms.
